A: Morning and Night is the best times to use it, but if you wish, you can use it any time other than that. However, we feel that it might be a waste as the morning and the night is the most effective times.


Q: just got a sample of the lotion, emulsion, and cream. im having an extremely dry, rough, and itchy skin for a week now.i tried using the samples and noticed a little stingy sensation few minutes after application. is this normal?do you think this will treat the dryness and roughness?for how long will i see the effect?thanks and more power!

A: Results of the skincare differ for each person. That is the reason to why we have samples. Please try it for a bit longer and see if you see any visible results. It is generally takes 2-3 weeks.

Q: Is the emulsion completely oil-free? I have very sensitive skin and using non oil-free products will lead to break outs.

A: This product is not oil free. If you have super sensitive skin then try the sample first on our Point Shop, but you do have to be a member and you can only get the the point shop item starting from your second order only not on the first purchase.

A: they are both effective except you should use them both. The order you should use them is after cleansing (morning & night), apply Toner (morning & night), Essence (monring & night), Eye Care (monring & night), Emulsion (morning & night), Sun Protection (morning), Cream (night).


Q: I have dry skin in winter, can this be used on dry skin? Is this emulsion alone hydrating enough for dry skin in winter?
